Who Are We?

A1 Call Center was incorporated in 2009. It commenced the operations from a non-voice call center project of Data Analysis and Internet Research at its call center in Delhi NCR, India. We started small with 50 employees, and today we have grown to a family of 500 dedicated A1 employees!

In 2010, we began voice operations and took up projects of an outbound call center for Lead Generation, Upselling, Cross-selling and also inbound call center for Phone Answering service and Order Processing etc. While dedicating ourselves in these operations, we have earned repeat clients in India owing to our immaculate performance and complete client satisfaction.
